Meet Lisa

As a personal fitness trainer for the past 30 years, I have dedicated myself to working with clients from teenage to seniors to look and feel better. With a focus on core training, I will help build a strong foundation by combining cardiovascular weight training, yoga and pilates. This unique combination of working the body in various planes of motion with functional movement patterns including pushing, pulling and locomotion, helps to decrease body fat, increase muscle mass and move with ease in daily life. I specialize in 1 on 1 Personal Fitness training tailored meet the needs of the client and have an array of modalities to help with postural correction and muscle imbalances.  My plan helps those who want to work on weight reduction, relieve stress and depression and build bone density.   I also offer small group fitness and yoga classes via Zoom (during the pandemic) which is a full body workout featuring core strength, cardio and yoga.
