Tuesdays: 9:30 – 10:30am
Wednesdays 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Fridays:     9:30 – 10:30am

Work with Lisa

I specialize in 1 on 1 Personal Fitness training tailored meet the needs of the client and have an array of modalities to help with postural correction and muscle imbalances.  My plan helps those who want to work on weight reduction, relieve stress and depression and build bone density.   I also offer small group fitness and yoga classes via Zoom (during the pandemic) which is a full body workout featuring core strength, cardio and yoga.

(in person classes when NJ allows group fitness classes to resume).

I also have a Balanced Body Reformer, Tower, and Chair, which allows clients to change up their routine and work on stretching their bodies and work their core for optimal movement patterns and improve athletic performance in golf and tennis.

 

My gym comes complete with full cross over cables, tubing, free weights, Treadmill, Peloton, Eliptical,Rower, TRX and Power Plate (whole body vibration) so couples can train together or feel free to split the hour with a friend.

Certifications:

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Balanced Body Pilates, Yoga Alliance and the LYT Yoga Method, CPR/AED certified.
